Mrs. Carol Lowe of Meadow Lake and formerly of North Battleford passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the Battlefords Union Hospital at the age of 61 years. There will be a Celebration of Life Service held for Carol at St. Paul's Anglican Church in North Battleford on Saturday, March 4th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Janice Trost officiating. Funeral arrangements for Carol Lowe have been entrusted to Trevor Watts of Eternal Memories Funeral Service & Crematorium
