Mrs. Caroline Pompu passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Royal University Hospital, Saskatoon, SK at the age of 81 years.

She will be forever remembered by her husband, Walter Pompu; sons, Donald Pompu (Brenda Scott), Richard Pompu (Rose Porter) and Clifford Pompu; grandchildren, Caitlin Pompu, Carly Pompu and Cori Pompu; great grandson, Greyson Schykaway; step-grandchildren, Kyle Scott and Matthew Steeling; sisters, Nel (Harvey) Heckel, Sally Rann, Tally (Henry) Stanowich, Darlene (William) Stanowich; brothers, Edward (Betty) Prystupa and Ron (Liane) Matkowski; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Caroline was predeceased by her parents, Mike and Annie; and brother, Albert, in infancy.

The funeral service for Mrs. Caroline Pompu will take place on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Roman Catholic Church, Blaine Lake, SK with Reverend Father Tuyen Vu as celebrant. Interment will follow in the St. Andrew’s Cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Mrs. Caroline Pompu may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Anne Sitter of Eternal Memories Funeral Service and Crematorium.
