It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Marguerite Hawley of North Battleford, on Thursday May 4th, 2017, 3:30 pm at the Battlefords Union Hospital. Marguerite requested cremation with no memorial or service to be held at her death. Her children have decided to honor her request. In your own way please remember her as you knew her. That is what she wanted. She loved all of you! Be blessed by the memories of her life! It was a great life and she is now with her Saviour! Marguerite was predeceased by her parents, Narcisse and Leona; her first husband, Eugene; and her late husband, Floyd; her two brothers, Alain and Armand. She leaves behind seven siblings: Vern (Sharon), Emile (Nettie), Doreen (Ray), Lorrina (Bob), Therese (Ed), Julian (Linda), and Cecile; along with her children: Lorraine (Barry), Murielle (Fern), Laurent, Adele (Doug), Esabelle (Lenard), Rosalie, David (Rosemarie) and Paul (Kimberley); and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, 20 Grandchildren and 17 Great-Grandchildren, many more on the Hawley side of the family; and many, many friends! The family would like to extend a huge Thank You to the Staff and Emergency room personnel of Battlefords Union Hospital on their wonderful care of Mom in her final hours. We also wish to thank Darlene and her team of volunteers at BUH Volunteer Services, where Mom made so many happy memories.
