Gail Frances Grant

Ms. Gail Grant, resident of North Battleford, SK. passed away with family by her side on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the Battlefords Union Hospital at the age of 66 years. Gail was born on November 13, 1952 in the village of Dodsland, Saskatchewan. She was the youngest child of Walter Thomas Raymond Milligan, and Mabel (Colquhoun) Milligan.

Gail was a loving mother to 4 children, and a doting grandma to 7 grandchildren, and one great grandchild. After she was done raising her children, she worked for many years at Maple Leaf Foods, in North Battleford. She enjoyed watching curling, knitting, crocheting, and having coffee daily at the local McDonalds.

Mom faced her cancer journey with immense strength, right to the end. Her passing has created a void that will never be filled. We will always love you forever too, Mom.

Left to cherish her memory are her 4 children, Bonnie (Mark) Kowalski of North Battleford, Carry (Kristel) Grant of Eastend, Garry (Carleen) Grant of La Ronge, and Jason Grant of North Battleford, as well as her 7 grandchildren, Chandler, Julia, Emma, Gabe, Ella, Zeanna, Zander, and her great grandson, London. She is also survived by her brother, Jim Milligan, and sister, Kathy Simoneau.

As per Gail's request no formal service will be held at this time.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Trevor Watts of Eternal Memories Funeral Service & Crematorium.
