Patrick John Tallis

It is with heavy hearts that we must announce the passing of Patrick John Tallis resident of Meota, SK who passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at the age of 82 years. 

A true sportsman all his life he was guided by his passion for bird hunting, Hockey, golf & baseball. 

His uncanny ability to recite long jokes & limericks entertained many generations.  Everywhere Patty goes his many loyal dogs will accompany him. 

Patty's humour & laughter will forever echo in our minds, heart & memories. 

As much as we don't want to let him go, we know his wife Inez (Cotton Blossom) has been waiting patiently and has welcomed him with open arms. 

Left to cherish his memory: his children: Glen, Carol and Sharon; grandchildren: Elexis, Nicole, Meagan and Breanna; great-grandchildren: Nevaeh, Elias and Silas; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his wife, Inez; his parents, Horace & Ivy Tallis; brother, Jim (Margaret); and his granddaughter, Brittney.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, May 31, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from the Meota Community Hall.  Interment will follow the luncheon at the Meota Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations in memory of Mr. Pat Tallis may be directed to Battlefords Wildlife Federation

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Trevor Watts of Battlefords Funeral Service.
