His Wake will begin on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, and continue until his Funeral Service on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 11:00 A.M, both services taking place at Chief Glen Keskotagen Hall on Red Pheasant Cree Nation. Burial will take place at Red Pheasant Cree Nation Cemetery following the Service.

Benjamin is survived by his daughter, Priscilla Faye Peyachew; son, Edward Alexander Roy; sisters: Irene Nicotine, Janet Nicotine, Eleanore (Paul) Cardinal, Edna Reimer; brothers: Paul

Tobaccojuice, Melvin Tobaccojuice.

He is predeceased by his parents, John & Margaret Tobaccojuice; sisters: Melvina Tobaccojuice, Sylvia Tobaccojuice; brother, Garry Tobaccojuice.
