With great sadness the family of Brooke Ermaline Swiftwolfe announce her passing on July 4, 2024 at the age of 21 years old. Wake service began Saturday July 6, 2024 and Funeral Service will take place Monday, July 8, 2024 - 11:00 a.m. both services taking place at the Moosomin Band Hall at Moosomin First Nation, SK.  

Brooke is survived by her daughters: Ezamay, Azaliyah; Azariya; boyfriend, Haydon; friend Ezaray Stone; mother, Betty Desmeules; father, Earl Swiftwolfe Sr.(Hazel); sisters: Coreen (Donald Jr.), Faith, Danielle (Kendrick), Keighley; brothers: Bradley(Robin), Earl Jr., Deacon (Kehira);nieces: Katie, Jazmyn, Keilani, Kazryn; Nephews: Michael, Brady, Diamond; special cousins: Jerome, Janomie. numerous aunties, uncles, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents: Albert Sr. Hank and Celina Desmeules, paternal grandparents; Alexander and Marguerite Swiftwolfe; Sister, Kayliegh Margaret Ann Swiftwolfe; Aunties: Ermalene Wright, Beverly Lachance,Evelyn Louis, Gloria Gamble, June Ernest, Kathy Ernest, Barbara Swindler, Darlene Desmeules,and Sharon Desmeules; uncles: Clayton Swiftwolfe, Albert Desmeules Jr.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Larissa Wack Apprentice Funeral Director, Trevor Watts Funeral Director, Eternal Memories Funeral Service and Crematorium.
