Carol Anne Phelps, 64, of North Battleford, SK., died peacefully on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Villa Pascal Care Home. Carol was born on March 19, 1960, to parents George Lee Phelps and Muriel Anna Lillian Phelps (Ytterberg) in Wilkie, SK.
Carol grew up on the farm outside of Wilkie with her three siblings. She partially attended school in Saskatoon, SK during her primary school years, where she made some friendships that endured for the entirety of her life. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially her nephews and niece. She also had a passion for cooking and baking. Always keen on trying new recipes and sharing her talent with friends and family. Later in life, while recovering from a heart transplant in Edmonton, she met the love of her life, Bill, while he was also recovering from a transplant of his own. They were married in North Battleford on August 6, 2011. Bill and Carol adventured together in this life until Bill’s passing in 2017. They have surely reunited to continue their adventure in the next life.
Carol is survived by her siblings, Regina Bentley and Joseph Phelps, Nephews, Che Silva, Blaine Bentley (Stephanie), and Erik Bentley, niece Madison Phelps, and great-nephews and great-nieces, Brody Bentley, Liam Bentley, Jacob Bentley, Fynn Bentley, Tabitha Bentley, and Natalie DeStrake, along with a host of treasured friends.
