Carsten Jonck

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Carsten Jonck on August 8, 2025 at the age of 77 years. 

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 52 years, Donna; his daughters: Theresa (Ed), Anita (Jaret), and Christa (Mike); his grandchildren: Kayla (Evan), Kyle, Mackenzie, Erika, Alex, Jenna, Oskar, and Camryn; and his great granddaughter, Blaire. 

He was pre-deceased by his parents, Erik and Rigmor; and his brother, Jens. He is survived by his brothers: Torben and Anders; his sisters: Gudrun and Betsy, and their families. 

At Carsten’s request, there will be no memorial service held at this time. 

Our family would like to extend our heartfelt thank yous and appreciation to the staff of Lady Minto Health Care Centre for their compassionate care and support. 

In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask that donations be made in Carsten’s honour to the Lady Minto Health Care Centre in Edam, Saskatchewan or to Parkinson Canada.
