Dorothy Elizabeth Edworthy

In Loving Memory of Dorothy Edworthy, age 97 years of North Battleford, SK who passed away peacefully at Caleb Village on August 19, 2024.

 Dorothy leaves behind a legacy of generosity in volunteering and community spirit. She was very active in volunteering with various organizations such as Canadian Cancer Society, Foresters, Royal Canadian Legion, BUH Foundation, and Battlefords Wildlife Federation.

Dorothy had a long career as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse and worked many years at the Saskatchewan Hospital and in the Community Psych Nursing. She married Al Edworthy in 1975 and they spent many years living on an acreage outside of Battleford.

 Dorothy is survived by her son Joseph, his wife Kellie; granddaughter: Katrina (Shawn), their children Jordyn and Nolan; granddaughter: Brenna (Jarrett) and their child, Owen. She is predeceased by her mother and father: Helen and Joseph Mills; her brothers: Jack and Roy Mills; sisters- in-law: Nita and Millie Mills, husband Al Edworthy, and great granddaughter Mia.

A Small service for family and special friends will be held at a later date.
