It’s with great sadness that the family of Dorothy Poock announce her passing at the Battlefords Union Hospital Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at the age of 89. Dorothy leaves to cherish her memory: children Kevin (Lois), Donna, her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; her brother Daryl (Wilma) Penn and numerous nieces and nephews. Dorothy’s family would like to thank BUH, nurses and doctor’s for their kindness and care during Dorothy’s stay at the hospital. A private service remembering Dorothy will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Dorothy may be directed to River Heights Lodge. Finally, we thank all of Dorothy’s friends for their love, friendship and understanding over the years and during Dorothy’s final days.
