It is with profound sadness the family of Mr. Dylan Hoffman announces his passing at the age of 52 years. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Paynton Gymnasium with Reverend Janice Trost officiating. Interment will be held at a later date.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Trevor Watts of Eternal Memories Funeral Service & Crematorium.
