Fran Vogt

Fran Vogt (née Mitchell) It is with profound sadness that the family of Fran Vogt announces her passing on Friday, September 13th, 2024, at the age of 73 years.

Fran is survived by her loving husband, John Vogt; daughter, Alicia Mitchell (née Vogt); son-in-law, Daniel Mitchell; grandchildren, Kaylee and Dylan; sister, Helen Christie (Bill); brother, David Mitchell (Sandy); brother-in-law, Norman Vogt; numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.

She was predeceased by her parents, John and Wilma Mitchell (née Halladay); sister-in-law, Vanda Vogt; and numerous aunts and uncles.

The family would like to express their gratitude to all the staff at Battleford Union Hospital Emergency Center, ICU, and the Palliative Care Unit for their support, dedication, and care.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Fran’s memory may be made to the Battlefords Humane Society, 751 114th Street, North Battleford, SK, S9A 2Y7.

Final arrangements have been entrusted to Eternal Memories Funeral Services & Crematorium, with Larissa Wack, Apprentice Funeral Director.
