It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, France Marie (Duperreault) Werezak of North Battleford, SK. She passed away peacefully on the evening of May 2, 2026,
with family by her side. She was born in Tisdale, Sk on August 6, 1948, to Jean Rocque Duperreault (1925–1974) and Laurianne Pauline Marie Duperreault (1928–1980).

France was a hardworking woman who held many roles throughout her life, including piano teacher, insurance agent, addictions counsellor, and bookkeeper. She was always willing to learn new skills to support her family. In their retirement years, she and her husband were passionate devotees of mini dachshunds and were breeders for many years.

With her late husband, Stan Werezak, she shared a life of faith and missions, serving in Romania and Guatemala. She continued this calling after his passing, traveling to Kenya and Uganda in 2023 following her cancer diagnosis. She was known for her strong faith, prayer life, and encouragement of others.

She is lovingly remembered by her children: Lynn (Kevin), Michelle (Len), Cory (Nancy), and Shane (Gina)

Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Cassy (Zachary) and Olive and Hendrick; Lauryn; Jennifer (Kalum) and Makayla, Kieran, Caysen, Everett, Hope, and Harper; Brendon; Brandon (Madison) and Faith, Eva, and Kaleb; Steven; and Eirynn (Jesse) and Dahlia and Aleksi.

She was predeceased by her husband, Stan Werezak.

A Celebration of Life will be held on May 23, 2026 from 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. at North Battleford Foursquare Mission, 691 103rd St. N., Battleford.
