Frances Korolchuk

It is with great sadness the family regret to announce the passing of Frances Lorene Korolchuk of Saskatoon, SK (formerly of North Battleford, SK) on January 20, 2023, at the age of 78. 

Left to treasure her memories are her precious daughters, Carla (Mark Knoll) and Christa (Michael Carss); her cherished granddaughters, Lucy, Stella and Clare Knoll; many nephews and nieces (with special acknowledgement to her beloved niece Judy O. who was more like a sister to her); several cousins, and numerous friends.

She will join in eternity with her husband of 41 years, Walter, who passed away on August 19, 2005.  She was predeceased by her parents, Klim and Sophie (nee Panamaroff) Bozok; brothers, Alex, Paul and Vernon; and sisters, Lily and Nettie.

The family of the late Frances (Fofa) wish to advise that a Celebration of her Life will take place on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at the Eternal Memories Funeral Service & Crematorium, 1332 100th Street, North Battleford, SK (South location), with Reverend Jan Trost officiating.  Following the service, lunch will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion next door. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the SPCA or a charity of choice. Mom’s memory will live in our hearts forever.
