Garry Lawrence Gallie

It is with great sadness the family of Garry (Jumbo) Gallie announce his sudden passing on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at the age of 75 years.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Judy; his children and their families: Cyndi - Matthew, Tiffany (Chris) and Tyson; Shelley - Landin and Miranda; Twyla (Colin) - Brittney, Brianna, Madi and Conor; Ryan (Becky) – Covon and Carter; Rikki - Dominic, Bella and Rylea; 16 great-grandchildren; 4 step-children and their families; two sisters: Leona (Swede) and Joyce and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his parents: Adolphus and Ivis; 9 siblings: Terry, Gerald, Berle, Lillian, Lollie, Shirley, Mary, Evelyn and Geraldine.

Garry Gallie was a great man who would do anything for anyone. His heart was as big as the mountains. He loved his children unconditionally without question, he was their rock and protector. It didn’t matter who you were, if you messed with one of his children, Garry made sure you were put in your place. Garry had 5 children and made an impact on each and every one of them. Anyone who knew Garry knew he had your back and he was a true friend, father, brother, and uncle. Garry will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of being in his circle.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Donations can be made to be the Donor’s choice. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Vanessa Macnab of Eternal Memories Funeral Service and Crematorium.
