Irene Rose (Desmarais) Kohut

IT IS WITH HEAVY HEARTS, THE FAMILY OF IRENE ROSE KOHUT of Hafford Saskatchewan announce her passing on Monday, July 7, 2025 at the age of 75.

Irene (Baba) will be forever loved and remembered by her husband of 57 years, Lawrence Kohut, their CHILDREN, Kelly (Nicole) of Cold Lake, Alberta, Kimberly of Drayton Valley, Alberta, Kevin (Keri) Pierceland, Saskatchewan, GRANDCHILDREN, Danielle (Danny), Joshua (Kristie), Joel (Mike), Jakob (Michelle), Brodie (Samantha), Blaine (Katelyn), Billy (Katie), Keisha (Edward), Keiara (Isaiah), Keiona, Kenzie (Lynden), GREAT GRANDCHILDREN, Kolsen, Hayden, Izzy, Brianna, Ayla, Aliyah, Ruby, Lincoln, Jack, Vynnie, Harley, Madelyn Irene, her SISTERS, Ghislaine, Denise, Angela (Bruce), Rose (Wayne), as well as numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

Irene was pre-deceased by her parents, Ernest and Rose Desmarais, brother, Robert Desmarais, son-in-law, Jim McDonald, grandchildren, Billy James McDonald and Jaxon Carter Thompson.

In keeping with Irene’s wishes, cremation has taken place and Lawrence and his family invite you to share in a Celebration of Irene’s Life on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Eternal Memories Garden Chapel, 1332 100th Street, North Battleford, SK with a lunch to follow at the Royal Canadian Legion 1352 100 St, North Battleford, SK.
