It is with heavy hearts the family of Joanne announces her passing on February 19, 2026 in Saskatoon, SK with family by her side.

A Traditional Wake will be held for Joanne on February 21, 2026 at the Sweetgrass Community Gym on Sweetgrass First Nation. Following a one night Wake Joanne and her family will travel on February 22, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. to Heart lake First Nation, AB for a second night Wake at the Heart Lake Multiplex  on Heart Lake First Nation with a Service on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. officiated by Father Jack. Following the Service Joanne will be laid to rest at the Heart Lake Cemetery.
