It is with heavy hearts the family of Kate Nicotine-Lightfoot announce her passing on December 16, 2024.

A wake will be held Tuesday December 17,2024 at 4:00 P.M. at Red pheasant Band Hall, A second wake will take place on Thursday, December 19,2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Moosomin Band Hall, with a service Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11:00 A.M at The Moosomin Band Hall.

Kate is survived by her dad, Alvin Nicotine; Mom, Tracy Lightfoot and other mom, Joanne Moosomin; the father of her children, Kolby Armstrong; children: Kendall, Keiran and Khalil; siblings: Myles, Chad, Keith, Terance Nicotine, Cayla Littlewolfe, Arthur, Maureen, Dakota, AJ Moosomin, Skye, Cree, Kolby and Jonathan Lightfoot; grandparents: Bernadette Sotr; Special Friend, Dustin Baptiste.

Kate is predeceased by siblings: Layne Lightfoot and Gabriel Moosomin, Mushums, Dennise Night and Lawrence Sotr; Aunties: Francine Lightfoot, Laurelle Sotr and Evelyn Spyglass, Gail Fineday and Elsie Nicotine; Uncle, James Bennet Ralph Nicotine; cousin, Donovan Sotr; Great Grandmas: Maggie Lightfoot and Catherine Nicotine, Great Grandfathers: Thomas Lightfoot and Leonard Nicotine.
