It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Luther Muth, late of North Battleford, Sask. on Nov 9, 2023 at the age of 89. Luther was born in the Cando area on January 10, 1934. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Marjorie; daughters Maureen (Scott) Laroque of Turtle Lake, Sask., Colleen (Dean) Rowley of Martensville, Sask., Lorilee (Chris) Kearns of Campbell, California; grandchildren Tanner and Sierra Laroque, Dawson, Sydney and Brooklyn Rowley, Hailey Kearns; brother Edward (Carol); brother-in-law Clinton (Lois) Tetarenko; sister-in-law Darlene Blackadder, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Luther was predeceased by his parents Alex and Wilhelmina, brothers Eric, Walter and Adolph and grandson Justice Laroque.

Luther farmed in the Cando area until 1974 before moving to North Battleford. Once he retired, he enjoyed golfing and fishing.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. As per Luther's wishes no formal service will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to Eternal Memories Funeral Service and Crematorium – Trevor Watts Funeral Director.
