Mary "Ada" Kirkland

It is with heavy hearts the family of Mary "Ada" Kirkland announce her passing on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at the Battlefords Union Hospital at the age of 88 years.

A short viewing for anyone wishing to say their final goodbyes will take place at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, August 22, 2026 before the service begins at 2:00 P.M. at the Sonningdale Hall officiated by Pastor Rick Martin. Interment will follow at the Spinney Hill Cemetery and a reception back at the Sonningdale Hall.

Daughter: Nina Kirkland (Doyle Landrie): Jessie-Lee Delainey (Jacy Taylor) - Keiana and Kaze, Billie-Jean Delainey (Ricky Debray) - Lextyn, Hendrix, Brxton and Lyrix, Shayla Landrie (Mason Short) - Sterling, Skye Landrie

Mary is also survived by her siblings: Robert(Linda), Ralph, Leslie (Kereen) and Glen (Rhonda). and Special Friend: John Griffith

She was predeceased by her husband, Bill Kirkland; fiancé, Rudy Friesen; parents: Bill Griffin and Beulah Barrington; daughter, Bonnie-Lee Stack; grandchildren: Raeanne Stack, Cody Stack; brother, Keith Barrington.

Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Eternal Memories Funeral Service and Crematorium, Funeral Director-Tessa Bell.
