Pius Emil Weisbeck

It is with heavy hearts the family of Pius announces his passing on February 1, 2026 at the age of 84. 

Pius grew up in Allan Saskatchewan and was the eldest of 7 siblings.

Pius loved his Percheron horses and competed in the Draft Horse Pull, winning the Saskatchewan Middleweight Championship in his early years.

Pius spent most of his years as a semi truck driver in the oil patch. At 4 AM you would find him getting ready for his day on the road.

During his later years, he enjoyed his Saturday afternoon, bingo, watching the Polkarama dance party and spending time with his grandkids.

Pius leaves to mourn his beloved Ruby, sons Tracy(Heather) Randy (Maryjane) and George (Candace), 8 grandchildren & 3great grandchildren. Brothers Fred, Morris (Phyllis), Anton and Sister Donna (Vern).
Pius was predeceased by his parents, Adam and Pauline. Brothers Harvey, and Florian and Sister Diane.

A Viewing Will Take Place Wednesday, February 4 at Eternal Memories Chapel  1332 100st street from 2pm-5pm

As per Pius's wishes cremation will take place following the viewing and an Interment will take place at a later date the summer of 2026 in Allan, Saskatchewan.
