Verner Morris Hanson

It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Verner Morris Hanson. Born May 9, 1943 in Birch Hills, Sk. 

He is remembered by his family: Wife, Patricia Donat of 40 years; Children: Wanda Nemeth, Yolanda Nemeth, Brenda Miller and Eric Anderson; Grandchildren: Toni Tiffany, Tessa Adam, Cole, Ashley, Karter, Tabatha, Whitney, Wade and Justin; Sisters and brothers: Edna Herd and Eva Austring, Ray, Allan, Johnny, Terry and Karl Hanson, and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Vern is predeceased by: His parents Selmer and Marie Hanson; Son: Shaun Nemeth and Sister Pauline; Brother-in-Law, Colby McClaire. 

Vern worked for Saskatchewan highways – Meadow Lake and Battleford area for 25 years before retiring. He then needed to keep busy he started up on the Hill at the Esso and then moved over to Minute Muffler. 

Vern’s memorial will be held in Birch Hills in the spring the date has not been determined.
