William (Bill) Nick Gerein

William (Bill) Gerein passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Eileen of 64 years; his daughter LeeAnn (Tom); grandchildren: Candace (Jay), Chantel (Yash) - Jasmine, Zoey (Ty); great-grandchildren: Carter and Claire.

Bill was predeceased by his son Clayton.

At Bill’s request there will be no funeral service.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be sent to Battlefords District Care Centre, Recreation Department, P.O. Box 69 Battleford, SK S0M 0E0.

Family would like to send a big thank you to all Battlefords District Care Centre as well as Palliative Care at Battlefords Union Hospital for their wonderful care and empathy they showed to Bill and family.
